End of Season News

Last game against Marden Russets HC

The season for Remnants HC ladies ended on 23rd March against Marden Russets HC. The game was pretty even and the score at half time was 0-0. At the start of the second half, Marden were constantly on the attack and managed to get a goal in. But Rems stayed positive and worked as team to save more goals being scored, including Martina stopping a ball with her helmet. Finally in the last 10 minutes of the games, Jess scored on a rebound and shortly after, Aimee scored the winning goal for Remnants HC.

A great result to end a succesful season for the club: 6th place in the league, 34 goals scored and 9 games won (Drawn 4, lost 9). It was also a great season for the club as we recruited a few new players, had great attendance at training and our new shirt design is ready. Aileen was the top scorer this season with 5 goals.
